For over 30 years, Diane owned and led Overland Chauffeured Services, a family-owned business that became one of the largest and most diversified transportation providers in the Midwest. As an industry leader, Diane served 18 years on the Board of Directors of the National Limousine Association (NLA), holding various executive positions including President for three of those years. 

In 2022, Diane executed a smooth ownership transition of Overland Chauffeured Services to a local operator. Currently, she is the President/CEO of Wheatland Enterprises, where she invests, advises, and supports businesses and organizations where she can offer her resources, expertise and insight.
